My Background

My career started as a social worker assigned to children and families in the foster care system, where I provided behavioral interventions and in-home support to families. It was through this work that I developed a foundational understanding of child developmental and behavioral psychology, which informs my work with adult individuals, particularly those impacted by childhood trauma.

Eventually, I moved into to a private group practice where I worked for several years, and where I completed training in EMDR and experienced other trauma-focused modalities.

Now, I continue to lead through my passion for life-long psychological healing and growth by providing thoughtful expertise tailored to each client in my own private practice. I hope you’ll join me in finding out what healing can look like for you.
